How to Use

Measure your serve — Add 30g (approximately 2 scoops) to your shaker bottle.

Add liquid — Pour in 200–250ml of cold water or milk. Milk gives a richer flavour.

Shake — Close and shake for 10–15 seconds until fully dissolved. No clumping, no residue.

Enjoy — Mix 30g (approximately 2 scoops) with 200–250ml of cold water or milk. Can also be blended with ice for a cold brew protein shake. Consume before or after training, or as a morning protein boost.
